Being our first home as a new home owner, my wife and I were very particular about finding a good carpentry firm. We also heard many bad stories about ID firms and decided not to take the risk and overpay for our renovation. We chanced upon Classic Furniture after a friend recommendation. After comparing with no less than 15 firms, we decided to go for Classic Furniture based on their track record, finishing and trust in their proposal. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions in our renovation journey. The work was completed on time and done smoothly without any issues. The quality of their carpentry is also top-notch. As I compared it with another neighbour of mine who went for an ID firm. The wood material used is top grade and feels premium, compared to my neighbour's one who felt very flimsy and light. The follow up and initial presentation done by their designer, Ms Serene is also greatly appreciated which made us feel very welcome and a valued customer. I am very glad to have engaged them and will recommend others to use them.

Read about bad reviews from other ID companies and friends always warn me about it. But there’s completely nothing for me to complain about Classic Furniture, no aftermath issues after handover, nothing. The whole process was done smoothly and on time. What I like best is the quality of their works, not only the highest quality but also practical. When I visited most of my friends’ place, the carpentry works is not even comparable with mine. Even though I paid a slightly higher price tag, but I’m Glad to receive whatever that I’ve paid for. Great job!

As first time home owners, me and my wife want to build our dream place and call it our home however we didn’t know who to find to entrust our carpentry works as we have friends that has really bad experience as well as end product with their own contractors or IDs. We got to know of Classic Furniture through a friend’s recommendation and we also realised that they were also the company that had done our parents’ place that we had witness the durability of the carpentry being able to lasts through many years without any defects. At the designing phase, we were professionally guided through our likings, concepts for the design to be drafted which allowed us to visualise better. On top of that, they are very thoughtful in terms of the design, such as allowing some cabinets to be of a lower level due to my wife’s height which we would easily missed out as first time home owners. We felt that our home are in great hands. At the construction and moving in phase, it was all timely and precise where the carpentry were able to fit the corners perfectly and we were absolutely impressed where even our neighbours came by to ask for Classic Furniture’s contact upon viewing. Without any doubt, me and my wife strongly recommends Classic Furniture being the no.1 choice in building your dream home!

Classic Furniture is efficient and their customer service is excellent. Even their after sales service is very prompt. Initially I had some issues with my previous contractor, and they are unable to deliver within the time frame. Therefore I was introduced to Classic Furniture. Ms Serene from Classic Furniture assisted me with the design and carpentry works. Her experience and expertise expedited the whole process, telling me what can be done and what should not be done, almost immediately.
