The following condo adopts a warm colour palette with the use of intricate feature walls, wall papers and carpets, making the space cozy yet classy. The beige wooden floor in the living room complemented with warm yellow lights, creates a relaxed, laid back ambience. Continue walking in, the spacious area close to the balcony is extremely well lit as a result, making it an excellent space for hobbies and entertainment such as billard. The design of the dining room is simple where the warm tone forms a strong visual impact with the full view of greenery outside. Use of chandelier and dropdown lights throughout the house creates an added touch of luxury. Together with the elegant spiral staircase centerpiece, the house emulates a feeling of opulence.
